My Service

I work with people who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed and hold it in your body.

As a licensed massage therapist, I bring over 20years of massage experience to the table, working at 5-star spas, as well as performing therapeutic work with my local community. My favorite style of bodywork is intuitive deep tissue Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and I also love working with silicone and vacuum cups. My job is to listen to my clients, so I create the best healing experience. 

I am a certified life coach with over 200 hours of coaching clients. I specialize in transformational and somatic coaching and I love to work on connecting mind and body senses, addressing your goals & dreams of what you want for your life. I help people who struggle with managing their emotions, overthink and have patterns they would like to change.

I work with people that are tired of letting their mind and emotions rule them, I help you find your intuition and authentic self. I work with people that are frustrated and ready for a life change and to live with clarity, authentically and with aloha.

My Story

I am half Colombian and half east coast with so many cultural flavors in my DNA. From colonial blood to indigenous blood, I am truly the American Dream in action.

I grew up behind military gates and experienced many cultures and changes, I lived in the deep south, Orlando, New York City and now Hawaii. I have made many major life and career transformations and love to savor each experience. I am always on a quest of learning, growing, risk taking and reinventing myself. I love to travel, eat, laugh and learn. I truly believe life is to be lived the fullest and I love connecting with people on a deep level.

I have lived in Hawaii for 21 years, I have been married for 16 and I have an 15 year old powerhouse of a daughter (my life coach) and we live with 2 cats and dog on the slopes of Haleakala.

I'm here to tell you that you can live life on your terms and be happy about it. You can manage your emotions, find balance in your body, mind and soul and truly feel happiness. You can manage your life and not carry around all the guilt and the “I should’s” anymore. I'm here to work with you on your goals and dreams and bring clarity, authenticity and aloha to yourself and everyone around you. I look forward to working with you.
